摘要
商业保理是金融服务企业发展的重要工具,经过近十年的发展我国商业保理业务规模已居世界首位,其健康发展越来越受到行政监管部门、社会公众的关注。作者在梳理商业保理发展概况基础上,综合行业标准化工作现状、新的监管需求和衔接金融标准体系需要等要素设计构建标准体系框架,提出完善标准化建设路径建议。
Commercial factoring is an important factor for the development of financial services.After nearly a decade of development,the scale of commercial factoring business in China has ranked first in the world.The development of the sector has attracted more and more attention from the administrative supervision departments and the public.This paper studies status quo of development and standardization of commercial factoring,and analyzes the need of regulation and compatibility with existing financial standards system.Based on the study and research mentioned above,it proposes the standards system framework of the sector and suggestions for improvement of the construction roadmap of commercial factoring standardization.
