摘要
目的 探讨支气管哮喘急性发作患者应用综合护理的临床效果。方法 从2019年2月至2019年12月,我院治疗的支气管哮喘性发作患者中,抽取96例为此次研究对象,按照入院时间随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例患者,并且给予对照组常规护理,观察组患者采取综合护理。比较两组患者的护理效果,包括临床症状的改善时间和护理满意度。结果 观察组患者的喘息改善时间(2.97±1.41)d、咳嗽缓解时间(5.08±0.98)d、湿啰音消失时间(4.68±1.71)d和哮鸣音消失时间(4.79±2.11)d,均显著优于对照组(P <0.05);此外,观察组护理的满意度97.92%,其中26例患者十分满意、21例患者比较满意,只有1例患者不满意,明显高于对照组64.58%(31/48)(P <0.05)。结论 对于支气管哮喘急性发作患者,实施综合护理能够有效改善患者的临床症状,促进患者的尽快恢复。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma. Method From February 2019 to December 2019, our hospital treatment in patients with bronchial asthma onset seizures, extraction of 96 as the research object,according to the time in hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 48 patients, and to give control group routine nursing care, observation group of patients taking comprehensive care. To compares two groups of patients with nursing effect,including clinical symptoms improved and nursing satisfaction. Results The gasping improvement time(2.97±1.41) d, cough relief time(5.08±0.98) d, wet rales disappearance time(4.68±1.71) d and wheezing disappearance time(4.79±2.11) d in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). In addition, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.92%, among which 26 patients were very satisfied, 21 patients were relatively satisfied, and only 1 patient was dissatisfied, which was significantly higher than 64.58%(31/48) of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For the acute attack of bronchial asthma patients, the implementation of comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible.
