摘要
目的探讨支气管哮喘急性发作期患者的呼吸指导与护理对策。方法将我院2017年6月至2018年12月收治的100例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者随机分为常规护理干预组和呼吸指导与护理组,每组50例。常规护理干预组患者给予传统护理,呼吸指导与护理组患者开展呼吸指导与护理。比较两组患者护理总满意度;支气管哮喘急性发作控制时间、住院时间;护理前后汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分、呼吸功能指标;护理并发症发生率。结果呼吸指导与护理组患者护理后汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分、用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积占预计值百分比支气管哮喘急性发作控制时间为、住院时间为和并发症发生率均优于常规护理干预组,两组数比较,存在显著统计学差异,P<0.05。结论支气管哮喘急性发作期患者实施呼吸指导与护理措施的效果确切。
Objective To explore the respiratory guidance and nursing strategies for patients with bronchial asthma during acute attack.Methods One hundred patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into routine nursing intervention group and respiratory guidance and nursing group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional nursing intervention group were given traditional care,and patients in the respiratory guidance and nursing group were given respiratory guidance and nursing.The nursing satisfaction;the control time of acute attack of bronchial asthma and the length of hospitalization;the Hamilton Anxiety Scale score and respiratory function index before and after nursing;the incidence of nursing complications of patients of the two groups were compared.Results In the respiratory guidance and nursing group,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale score,forced vital capacity,and forced expiratory volume in the first second as a percentage of the predicted value of patients in the respiratory guidance and nursing group were better than those of conventional nursing intervention in the control time of acute bronchial asthma attack,the length of hospitalization,and the incidence of complications there is a significant statistical difference between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of breathing instruction and nursing measures in patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma is definite.
