Summarize the medical management strategies of hospital preparation center to boost efficiency.Through standardized system management,the principle of precise treatment.Optimize the admission process,comprehensively promote pre-admission,and increase daytime service items;establish a one-stop admission preparation center;integrate beds in multiple hospital districts;and create a full-process patient management center,improve the way of obtaining beds and improve work efficiency;strengthen emergency response,establish an emergency management system,set up a special hotline for consultation,and increase online communication channels to ensure medical safety.It expounds the relevant measures before,during and after the hospital to promote the high-quality development of the hospital and improve efficiency.
