摘要
目的探讨急诊超声教学中采用多学科协作教学模式对课程综合评价及个人能力的影响。方法选取2020年2月—2021年1月陕西省人民医院55名急诊超声学员作为对照组,采用常规教学模式,选取2021年2月—2022年1月本院55名急诊超声学员作为观察组,采用多学科协作教学模式,对两组课程综合评价、培训考核成绩、教学模式评价结果、个人能力进行比较。结果观察组课程综合评价满意度(92.73%)较对照组(76.36%)明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后,两组理论知识、读片能力明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组较对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组认可教学模式、提升学习兴趣、提高沟通能力、提高操作技能、提高临床思维能力的占比较对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组团队合作能力、自主学习能力、临床操作能力、医患沟通能力、临床思考能力较对照组明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作教学模式应用于急诊超声教学中,可提高课程综合评价满意度,提高培训考核成绩,提高教学模式评价结果满意度,提升个人能力。
Objective To explore the influence of multidisciplinary collaborative teaching mode on the comprehensive evaluation of the course and individual ability in emergency ultrasound teaching.Methods Fifty-five emergency ultrasound students in the Shaanxi Provincial People's Hospital from February 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the control group,and the conventional teaching mode was adopted.Fifty-five emergency ultrasound students in the hospital from February 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the observation group,and a multidisciplinary collaborative teaching model was adopted.The comprehensive evaluation of courses,training assessment results,teaching mode evaluation results,and personal abilities were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction(92.73%)of the comprehensive evaluation of the course of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.36%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the training,the theoretical knowledge and reading ability of the two groups were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group recognized the teaching mode,improved learning interest,improved communication ability,improved operational skills,and improved clinical thinking ability were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teamwork ability,autonomous learning ability,clinical operation ability,doctor-patient communication ability,and clinical thinking ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
