摘要
为强化德育意识,彰显价值引领,扎实推进课程思政教学改革,落实高校立德树人根本任务,本文以酿酒技术专业核心课程“白酒生产技术”为例,通过对教学实际进行分析,从课程思政元素挖掘、融入和评价体系三个层面探索职业院校专业课课程思政教学改革的有效行径,为高职专业课程思政教学改革与实践提供参考。
This paper takes the course“Baijiu production technology”of the brewing technology major as an example,analyzes its teaching practice,and discusses the effective ways of teaching reformation of ideological education in vocational colleges from the aspects of ideological elements mining,integration and evaluation.This paper expects to provide reference for the reformation and practice of ideological education in vocational colleges.
