摘要
本文首先介绍了全国高校酿酒工程专业的实践教学现状,然后探讨了符合应用型本科院校发展酿酒工程专业实践教学的思路:通过整合教学资源全面革新办学理念;从优化原有教学课程体系,提高教师队伍工程实践能力,改革学生考核方式,建立多级实践教学体系等方面着手,探索茅台学院酿酒工程专业实践教学体系的构建,力争培养出适合当今社会需求的应用型工程技术人才。
Firstly,this paper introduced the current situation of practical teaching of brewing Engineering Specialty in Colleges all over the country,and then put forward the idea of developing practical teaching of brewing Engineering Specialty in Application-oriented University.Through the integration of teaching resources,the concept of running a school is comprehensively innovated.This paper explored the construction of practical teaching system of liquor-making Engineering Specialty in Maotai Institute from aspects:optimizing the original teaching curriculum system,strengthening the engineering practice ability of teachers themselves,reforming students’assessment methods,and establishing a multi-level practical teaching system,so as to cultivate applied engineering technical talents suitable for the needs of today’s society.
