摘要
在社会主义高速发展的当今社会,农业发展与农业技术市场存在紧密的关系,创新资金投入递增,但其如何影响新疆农业经济的发展成为社会关注的焦点。以樊纲《中国各地区市场化进程报告》指数为范本,通过采用技术市场的相关概念和评价方法,结合新疆农业技术市场发展的自身特点进行调整,构建一套能对新疆农业技术市场发展进行全面、客观评价的研究体系。结果显示,新疆农业技术市场发展是十分不平衡的,这也是阻碍新疆农业经济快速发展的重要原因之一。基于此,在农业技术市场建设中,应扬长避短,继续强化优势补足短板,重点对农业技术市场化体系中的薄弱环节加强建设,从而使新疆农业技术市场能够平稳、健康发展。只有坚定不移地深化技术市场建设,加快农业现代化建设,提高农业技术转化率,才能从根本上改变农业落后的面貌,才能推动农业经济的持续健康发展。
In today's society with the rapid development of socialism,there is a close relationship between agricultural development and agricultural technology market,and the investment in innovation capital is increasing,but how it affects the development of Xinjiang's agricultural economy has become the focus of social attention.Taking Fan Gang's Report on the Marketization Process of Various Regions in China as a model,through adopting related technology concept and evaluation method of the market,combined with the characteristics of Xinjiang agricultural technology market development changes,a set of comprehensive and objective evaluation measures system of the development of the agricultural technology market in Xinjiang was constructed.The results showed that the development of agricultural technology market in Xinjiang is very uneven,which is also one of the important reasons for hindering the rapid development of Xinjiang's agricultural economy.Based on this,in the construction of agricultural technology market,we should foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,continue to strengthen a complement in the process of short board,focus on the weak link to strengthen the construction of agricultural technology marketization system,so as to make Xinjiang agricultural technology market level have a stable and healthy development.Only unswervingly deepening the construction of the technology market,accelerating the construction of the agricultural modernization,improving the transformation rate of the agricultural technology,can we fundamentally change the backwardness of agriculture and promote sustainable and healthy development of the agricultural economy.
