摘要 对常用排水管道非开挖修复技术按管道修复的整体性进行了分类,综述了穿插法、原位固化法、螺旋缠绕法、内衬法和碎裂管法等5种整体修复技术,以及点状原位固化法和套环法2种局部修复技术的基础工艺,并归纳了各种技术的适用条件和优缺点;对新型非开挖修复技术之一的机器人修复技术进行了展望,并介绍了机器人修复技术的概念,对修复机器人进行了分类,归纳总结了机器人修复技术的适用条件及其特点,最后提出将修复砂浆应用于机器人修复技术,重点展望了水下抗分散性砂浆在该技术领域的应用。 The trenchless repair techniques of commonly used drainage pipes are classified according to the integrity of pipeline repair,and the overall repair technologies such as interspersed method,in situ curing method,spiral winding method,lining method and broken pipe method are reviewed,as well as the basic processes of two local repair technologies of spot in situ curing method and sleeve ring method,and the applicable conditions and advantages and disadvantages of various methods are summarized.One of the new trenchless repair technologies-robot repair technology is introduced,the concept of robot repair technology is prospected,the repair robot is classified,the applicable conditions and characteristics of robot repair technology are summarized,and finally the repair mortar is applied to robot repair technology,focusing on the application of underwater anti-dispersion mortar in the field of technology.
