摘要
我国给排水管道系统存量巨大,有大量的改造、修缮需求,研究并应用非开挖修复技术,具有重要的工程意义。文章结合某大口径中水管道修复实例,介绍机械制螺旋缠绕内衬法的工艺原理及特点;针对结构性修复的需求,对管道结构受力机理进行分析,提出设计计算思路,对结构荷载、型材要求、水力计算等均给出定量数值,并以此为依据,选择型材,制定施工工艺;在讨论工程验收标准时,对结构性修复的安全性检验给出定量判断标准。
There is a huge stock of water supply and drainage pipeline system in China,and there are alsoa large number of needs for transformation and repair,so it is of great engineering significance to study and apply the trenchless repair technology.Based on an example of repairing a large diameter drainage pipeline,this paper introduces the technological principle and characteristics of mechanical spiral winding lining method,analyzes the stress mechanism of pipeline structure according to the demand of structural repair,and puts forward the idea of design and calculation.The quantitative values of structural load,profile requirements and hydraulic calculation are given,and on this basis,profiles are selected and related construction technology is formulated.When discussing the engineering acceptance standard,the quantitative judgment standard is given for the safety inspection of structural repair.
