全口义齿实验室教学现状的问卷调查与思考

摘要 目的:调查了解学生在全口义齿实验课操作过程中存在的问题,从而提出教学建议,以期提高教学质量,促进教学改革。方法:本文运用调查问卷法对上海交通大学口腔医学院2018级本科生进行调查,从学生对理论知识的理解程度、实验课操作过程中主要存在的问题、学生对授课方式的满意程度等三个层面进行调查问卷的设计,导出调查数据并进行统计分析。结果:共收集55份有效调查问卷。学生均能理解实验课程理论知识的讲解和示教。在全口义齿实验课各个操作流程中,无牙颌印模和灌注石膏模型时,主要总结为理论知识需加强、材料性能不熟悉和操作需规范化等问题;制作堤及颌位记录时总结为理论结合实践的理解欠缺、仿真头模教具无法完全模拟患者、以及基础操作技能欠缺等问题;排人工牙及雕刻蜡型时主要总结为排牙课时数不足、基础操作技能欠缺等问题。大部分学生对授课方式比较满意且认为视频播放对操作实践有且有较多帮助。结论:建议在全口义齿实验课教学过程中,灵活运用多种授课模式,对实验课教具进行改进和研发,合理调整课程安排。 Objective:To investigate the problems existing in the practical class of complete denture,and to put forward teaching suggestions in order to improve teaching quality and promote teaching reform.Methods:In this paper,the undergraduate students of grade 2018 from college of Stomatology of Shanghai Jiao Tong University had been investigated using online questionnaire.The questionnaire included questions about the understanding level of theoretical knowledge,the main problems existing during the course,and the students'satisfaction with respect to the manner of teaching.The results of the questionnaire were then exported for statistical analysis.Results:A total of 55 valid questionnaires were collected.All students understood the explanation and demonstration of theoretical knowledge during the class.There were many problems existing during each workflow of the complete denture laboratory course.When taking the edentulous jaw impression and casting plaster model,the problems were mainly summarized as theoretical knowledge deficiency,unfamiliar material properties,and unstandardized operation.When making record bases and recording maxillomandibular relations,the problems were summarized as insufficient combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experiment,inability of artificial teaching aids to realistically simulate patients,and lack of basic operation skills.When making trial denture,the problems were mainly summarized as insufficient time of tooth arrangement and lack of basic operation skills.Most of the students were satisfied with the teaching method and considered the video play to be helpful to them.Conclusion:It was suggested that various teaching modes should be flexibly used in the teaching process of the complete denture laboratory course,the related teaching aids should be improved and developed,and the course arrangement should be adjusted reasonably.
