摘要
以江苏省运动与健康工程协同创新中心为个案,分析探讨了体育专业院校体育科技协同创新中心的建设特征。江苏省运动与健康工程协同创新中心是以南京体育学院为牵头高校协作政府、企业、研究所、医院和其他高校,按照“中心—创新平台—研究室—创新团队”的整体构建,近年来主要围绕“精英体育人才培养模式创新”“高水平竞技训练科技支撑平台”“智慧运动解决方案研发与应用”“青少年体质健康大数据平台建设”等领域开展全方位的协同创新工作并取得了显著成效。建议体育专业院校建设体育科技园区,发挥产业集聚效果,坚持学科交叉渗透融合,基础与应用研究齐头并进,整合优势资源,发挥学科集群优势,抢占智能体育领域高地,推动国际合作平台建设与人才培养,优化协同创新模式,改革绩效考核与经费管理机制,促进更广泛更高水平的协同与参与,为国家的奥运战略、健康事业发展和经济增长提供科技助力。
Taking Jiangsu Sports Health and Engineering Collaborative Innovation Center as an example,the construction status and experience of sports science and technology collaborative innovation center in sports colleges and universities are analyzed and discussed.Jiangsu Sports Health and Engineering Collaborative Innovation Center is led by Nanjing Sport Institute,which collaborates with the government,enterprises,research institutes,hospitals and other universities.According to the overall construction of“center-innovation platform-research institution-innovation team”,in recent years,all-round collaborative innovation work has been carried out mainly in the fields of“innovation of elite sports talent training mode”“high-level competitive training technology support platform”“development and application of smart sports solutions”“construction of big data platform for youth physical health”and so on,and remarkable results have been achieved.It is suggested that sports science and technology parks should be built in sports colleges and universities to give full play to the effect of industrial agglomeration.It is also proposed to adhere to interdisciplinary penetration,the basic and applied research go hand in hand,what’s more,proposed giving full play to the advantages of discipline cluster,seizing the heights of intelligent sports field,promoting the international cooperation platform construction and personnel training,optimizing the mode of collaborative innovation,reforming performance appraisal and fund management mechanism,promoting a wider range and higher level of collaboration and participation and providing scientific and technological impetus for China’s Olympic strategy,health development and economic growth.
