摘要
采用文献资料法等,分析推动体育产业成为国民经济支柱性产业的困境与对策。我国体育产业成为支柱性产业面临体育产业的发展质量与效益不高、创新动力不足、生产要素质量低且供给不足、相关政策执行效力不理想、人才短缺和居民消费增长乏力等困境。推动体育产业成为国民经济支柱性产业的对策:全面落实体育产业政策,优化投资环境,促进体育市场有序发展;优化体育产业结构,创造新消费增长点,提高全民体育消费水平;改善体育产业要素质量,提高效益,实现高质量发展;构建体育产业多维度融合机制,发挥产业集聚效应;推动区域体育产业集聚化发展,发挥体育产业规模集聚效应;提高体育企业投资和经营治理水平,促进规模和效益协同发展。
By using the method of literature review,this paper analyzed the difficulty and countermeasures of promoting the sports industry to become a pillar of Chinese national economy.As a pillar industry,China's sports industry is faced with the following diffi culties,such as low development quality and benefi t,insuffi cient innovation motivation,low production factor quality,insuffi cient supply of production,not ideal relevant policy implementation eff ectiveness,lack of the talents,weak resident consumption growth and so on.Countermeasures:Firstly,we should fully implement sports industry policies,optimize the investment environment,and promote the orderly development of sports market.Secondly,we should optimize the structure of sports industry,create new consumption growth points,and improve the sports consumption level of the whole people.Thirdly,we should improve the quality of sports industry elements,increase benefits,and achieve high-quality development.Fourthly,we should construct the multi-dimensional integration mechanism of sports industry and give play to the industrial agglomeration eff ects.Fifthly,we should promote the regional sports industry agglomeration development,give play to the sports industry scale agglomeration eff ects.Lastly,we should also raise the level of investment and management of sports enterprises and promote coordinated development of scale and effi ciency.
