摘要
智能化战争呼唤智能化的后装保障,智能化后装保障离不开无人智能化保障装备,发展无人智能化保障装备已成为世界军事强国的共同趋势。论文基于SWOT方法对陆军发展无人智能化保障装备进行态势分析,并结合SWOT矩阵提出采取“SOW”发展策略。最后从组织建设、需求牵引、创新驱动、军民融合、人才培养、借鉴外军经验等几个方面提出陆军无人智能化保障装备发展对策建议,对陆军无人智能化保障装备建设具有一定的参考意义。
Intelligent warfare calls for intelligent reload support,intelligent reload support is inseparable from unmanned intelligent support equipment,and the development of unmanned intelligent support equipment has become a common trend of the world’s military powers. Based on the SWOT method,this research analyzes the situation of the army’s development of unmanned intelligent support equipment,and proposes to adopt the "SOW" development strategy in combination with the SWOT matrix. Finally,from the aspects of organization construction,demand traction,innovation drive,military-civilian integration,talent training,and learning from the experience of foreign militaries,the countermeasures for the development of the army’s unmanned intelligent support equipment are proposed,which has certain reference significance for the construction of the army’s unmanned intelligent support equipment.
