摘要
在国家和地方政府积极推进科技创新和成果转化的背景下,针对医院跨领域和跨学科的创新能力不足、不熟悉市场规律等现状,北京积水潭医院探索以医疗需求为导向,建立“三元素-三循环”的“医工企”合作研发模式,推动医院、工程研发机构、企业实现“医工研发循环”“工企调控循环”和“医企互促循环”。医院实践证明,“医工企”合作研发模式更能突出创新产品的需求牵引和临床应用,最大程度发挥临床资源的溢出效应,形成产品研发与转化的闭环,提升了医疗领域科技创新能力和成果转化效率。
Under the background that the national and local governments actively promote scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation,in view of the current situation that the hospital is lack innovation ability across fields and disciplines and is not familiar with the market rules,guided by the medical demands,Beijing Jishuitan Hospital explores the establishment of a "three elements-three cycles" of R & D mode of "Hospital-Industry-Enterprise" Cooperation,promotes hospitals,engineering R & D institutions and enterprises to realize the "medical industry R & D cycle","industry enterprise regulation cycle" and "medical enterprise mutual promotion cycle".The practice has proved that the R & D mode of "Hospital-Industry-Enterprise" Cooperation can better highlight the demand traction and clinical application of innovative products,maximize the spillover effect of clinical resources,form a closed loop of product R & D and transformation,and improve the scientific and technological innovation ability and achievement transformation efficiency in the medical field.
