摘要
HIV/AIDS相关精神障碍(简称HIV相关精神障碍)严重影响患者生活质量,降低患者对HAART以及精神药物治疗的依从性,导致HIV传播以及患HIV相关精神障碍的恶性循环。HIV相关精神障碍病因多样,机制复杂,各病诊断标准不一,且并无特效药物治疗。尽管近年对于HIV相关精神障碍的研究较为重视,但多局限于针对临床患者的横断面调查,缺乏对其致病机制、危险因素间的交互作用及因果关联的研究。本文对HIV相关精神障碍相关研究结果进行分析,以期为未来HIV相关精神障碍综合性研究提供新思路。
HIV/AIDS associated mental disorder seriously affect the quality of life of HIV infected patients,reduce their adherence to anti-retroviral therapy and psychotropic medication and lead to a vicious cycle of HIV transmission and HIV-associated mental disorders.The etiology and mechanism of HIV-associated mental disorder are diverse and complex.The diagnostic criteria of each disease are different and no specific treatment.Studies on HIV-associated mental disorder have make progress in recent years,but they are mostly limited to cross-sectional investigations and lack of studies on the pathogenesis,interaction among risk factors and causal association.This paper analyzes the research progress of HIVassociated mental disorder in order to provide ideas for comprehensive research on HIV-associated mental disorders in the future.
