摘要
目的 了解2009—2020年聊城市男男性行为(men who have sex with men, MSM)人群艾滋病流行特征,为制定防控策略提供参考依据。方法 采用描述性流行病学方法,分析2009—2020年艾滋病综合防治信息系统中报告的现住址为聊城市,且感染途径为同性性传播的HIV感染者和艾滋病病例(HIV/AIDS)的相关信息;同时分析2010—2020年聊城市MSM哨点监测数据信息。结果 2009—2020年聊城市累计报告MSM人群HIV/AIDS 599例,新发现病例占当年报告病例的比例从2009年的15.4%上升至2020年的67.4%。报告病例以20~<40岁青壮年为主,高中及以上文化程度占比较高,已婚有配偶比例高达42.4%,职业以农民/民工为主,检测来源主要是检测咨询和其他就诊者检测。MSM哨点监测显示:2016—2020年聊城市HIV感染率为2.0%~3.8%。结论 2009—2020年聊城市MSM人群艾滋病疫情流行呈上升趋势,应加大对MSM人群主动干预检测力度,控制艾滋病在MSM人群中的传播。
Objective To understand the characteristics of epidemic situation of HIV/AIDS population of men who have sex with men(MSM) in Liaocheng from 2009 to 2020,and to provide evidence for improving the prevention and control strategies.Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the relevant information of human immunodeficiency virus/acquired immune deficiency syndrome(HIV/AIDS) cases with the route of infection as homosexual transmission and current addresses in Liaocheng from 2009 to 2020 which were reported in the Comprehensive AIDS Prevention and Control Information System;and MSM sentinel surveillance data and information in Liaocheng from 2010 to 2020 were analyzed.Results A total of 599 HIV/AIDS cases out of the population with MSM in Liaocheng were reported from 2009 to 2020,and the proportion of MSM cases newly discovered accounting for cases in the current year rose from 15.4% to 67.4% from 2009 to 2020.The cases reported were dominated by young and middle-aged beween 20-<40 years old, the proportion of cases from senior high school education or above was high, and the proportion of married couples came up to 42.4%,and the cases were mainly composed of farmers/migrant workers in terms of the occupation.The main source of these cases were from tests and consultations and tests of other visitors.MSM sentinel surveillance showed that HIV prevalence ranged between 2.0% and 3.8% from 2016 to 2020.Conclusion HIV/AIDS epidemic of MSM population in Liaocheng shows upward trend from 2009 to 2020.The active intervention and detection of MSM should be strengthened, and the spread of AIDS in MSM population should be prevented.
