大采高工作面末采段防片帮注浆加固技术

摘要 为解决慈林山煤矿9107大采高工作面末采段的煤壁片帮、巷道变形量大等问题,保证工作面末采的安全,通过分析大采高工作面末采阶段的煤壁片帮机理,提出深孔注浆加固技术。通过对9107工作面末采段煤体实施深孔注浆加固后,煤壁片帮现象明显低于未注浆加固的回采工作面,且未发生较大片帮,工作面两巷及回撤巷最大变形量57 mm,满足工作面安全回采及顺利回撤。 In order to solve the problems of coal wall slope and large roadway deformation at the end section of the 9107 large mining height working face in Cilinshan Coal Mine,and to ensure the safety of the final mining of the working face,based on the analysis of the slope mechanism of coal wall at the final mining stage of large mining height working face,the deep hole grouting reinforcement technology is put forward.After deep hole grouting reinforcement is carried out on the coal body at the end of the 9107 working face,the phenomenon of coal wall slope is obviously lower than that of the mining working face without grouting reinforcement,and no large slope occurs.The maximum deformation of the two roadways and withdrawal roadways in the working face is 57 mm,which meets the safe mining and smooth withdrawal of the working face.
