太赫兹光谱技术用于饲料含水量的测定

摘要 饲料工业在我国现代农业发展中占据重要地位。含水量是饲料的关键指标之一,建立一套准确、快捷的饲料含水量检测方法对饲料加工与品质监控具有十分重要的意义。水分子在太赫兹波段具有较强的介电弛豫与共振吸收的现象,并且太赫兹波在介质中还具有良好的穿透能力,这使得太赫兹光谱成为一种非常有效而灵敏地探测介质内水分子的技术手段。本实验利用太赫兹时域光谱技术测定了某一饲料样品在不同含水量条件下的太赫兹时域信号,通过数据处理获得了样品在太赫兹波段内的吸光系数和折射率数值。结果显示,饲料样品的吸光系数和折射率二者均与其含水量存在着良好的线性关系。这表明太赫兹光谱技术在饲料加工与品质监控方面具有一定的应用潜力。 Feedstuff industry plays a significant role in promoting the development of modern agriculture in China.Moisture content of feedstuff is one of the key figures in processing of feedstuffs.Currently,development of an accurate and fast technique for determining the moisture content of feedstuffs is highly in demand in terms of processing and quality control.Water molecules exhibit prominent dielectric relaxation and resonance absorption in the terahertz range.Moreover,terahertz wave also has a good penetration ability in the medium.These allow terahertz spectroscopy to be a very effective and sensitive technique to detect water molecules in medium.In this work,terahertz signals of a feedstuff at different moisture content conditions were recorded by using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy.The absorption coefficients and refractive indexes in the terahertz range were calculated.The results showed that both the absorption coefficient and refractive index have good linear correlations with the moisture content of feedstuff.This indicated that terahertz spectroscopy had a potential in the processing and quality control in feedstuff industry.
