摘要
文章旨在研究发酵饲料对肉兔生长性能和血液生化指标的影响。试验选择48只健康的平均体重为(2.09±0.17)kg的育肥兔,将其随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复4只兔。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂用5%和10%的发酵饲料等量替代基础饲粮的混合日粮,预试期7d,试验期31d。结果显示:与对照组相比,处理组平均日采食量(ADFI)、平均日增重(ADG)、料肉比(F/G)无显著变化(P> 0.05);血清生化指标方面,添加发酵饲料能显著提高肉兔的血清白蛋白(ALB)含量(P <0.05),显著降低血清谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、胆固醇(TG)含量(P <0.05),但处理组之间差异不显著(P> 0.05)。血糖(GLU)、尿素氮(UN)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、钙(Ca)和磷(P)等指标在对照组和处理组之间差异均不显著(P> 0.05),其中UN有下降趋势,Ca和P有上升趋势。
The effects of fermented feed on growth performance and blood biochemical indexes of meat rabbit were studied.Forty-eight healthy fattening rabbits with an average body weight of 2.09±0.17kg were randomly divided into three treatment groups with 4 replicates per treatment group and 4 rabbits per repetition. The control group was fed with basic diet,and the experimental group was fed with mixed diet of 5% and 10% fermented diet,respectively. The results showed that there were no significant changes in average daily feed intake(ADFI),average daily gain(ADG)and feed to gain(F/G)(P > 0.05),and serum biochemical indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P > 0.05),the content of Albumin(ALB)and the content of glutamyltransferase(GGT)and total cholesterol(TC)were significantly decreased by adding fermented feed(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Blood glucose(Glu),urea nitrogen(UN),Alanine transaminase(ALT),Alkaline phosphatase(AKP),calcium and phosphorus were not significantly different between the control group and the treatment group(P > 0.05),Ca and P had an upward trend.
