摘要
基于产学研合作背景,构建了关系质量和创新绩效的关系模型,将关系质量提炼为满意、承诺、规范三个维度,实证研究满意、承诺、规范对创新绩效的作用机理及信任在关系质量对创新绩效之间的调节作用机制。研究发现,满意、承诺、规范均对创新绩效产生影响,而信任在关系质量对创新绩效的影响中具有调节作用。企业与大学和科研机构合作过程中,应努力构建一致的合作愿景,重视对合作关系的维护,尽量提高承诺程度使双方的依附感增加,提高关系质量,建立稳定、信任的关系,促进企业知识创新活动。
Based on the background of industry-university-research partnership,the study constructs the relationship model of relationship quality and innovation performance;extracts relationship quality into three dimensions,such as satisfaction,commitment and standard;does empirical study on the function mechanism of satisfaction,commitment and standard on innovation performance,and the regulating effect mechanism of commitment on relationship quality and innovation performance.The study finds that satisfaction,commitment and standard influence innovation performance,and commitment has regulating effect on the influence of relationship quality on innovation performance.In the cooperation of enterprise,university and scientific research institution,it is necessary to construct consistent cooperation vision,focus on the maintenance of cooperation relationship,improve the attachment sense through the improvement of commitment degree,promote relationship quality,establish stable and trust relationship,and promote enterprise knowledge innovation activities.
