摘要
静电放电(ESD)的危害不但影响日常生活,还危害电子产品质量与可靠性。该文详细论述静电放电(ESD)危害的典型事件包括电缆放电事件、静电干扰CPU事件,阐述静电产生原理、静电载体、静电和ESD人体模型,提出静电放电预防方法包括接地、人体静电消除器、泄漏法、防静电工作服及印制电路板(PCB)板上火花隙的应用。通过分析静电产生的原理与防护措施,来降低静电的危害程度,以期有效保障电子产品的质量。
The harm of electrostatic discharge(ESD) not only affects our life, but also harms the quality and reliability of electronic products. This paper discusses in detail the typical electrostatic discharge(ESD) damage events including cable discharge CPU event, electrostatic interference, this paper expounds the formation principle of electrostatic, electrostatic carrier, static and ESD model of human body electrostatic discharge preventive methods are put forward including grounding method, the human body electrostatic eliminator, leak, anti-static overalls and printed circuit board(PCB) plate on the application of spark gap. Through the analysis of static electricity generation principle and protective measures, to reduce the harm degree of static electricity, in order to effectively protect the quality of electronic products.
