摘要
人学思想是马克思主义理论的核心和精髓,它经历了一个不断生长、发展和成熟的过程,具有极其丰富的思想内涵。在国家努力构建“大思政”格局的背景下,运用马克思人学思想指导高校社团更好发挥育人作用,对促进青年学生成长成才具有极其重要的意义。当前,面对新的问题和挑战,高校社团应坚持以社会主义核心价值观为引领,完善社团育人资源保障机制,丰富青年学生的社会关系,满足青年学生的个性化发展需求,最终实现青年学生的全面发展。
Marx’sHuman Theory is the core and essence of Marxist theory.It has experienced a process of continuous development and maturity,and has extremely rich ideological meaning.Under the background of the country’s efforts to build the Big Ideological and Political Education Model,applying Marx’s Human Theory to guide university student associations to better play their role in education has great significance to promote the growth and success of university students.Nowadays,facing the new difficulties and challenges,we should always adhere to the guidance of socialist core values,improve the guarantee mechanism of community education resources,enrich the social relations of university students,meet the personalized development needs of university students,comprehensively improve the effect of community education,and finally realize the all-round development of university students.
