摘要 海上风电作为现阶段可再生新能源发电的重要组成部分,其大容量化和深远海化趋势已然正在被国内外广泛接受。针对66 kV电压等级在国内电网中基本没有应用的现状,开发一款国产化66 kV开关设备。作为这种充气式开关柜的一个重要组成部分和技术难点之一,主要阐述了66 kV充气柜专用的母线电气联接系统的研制过程,分为功能要求及实现、结构形式的研究及确定、主要零部件的设计、系统整体电场仿真及优化等4个方面。进行了该系统试制样品的性能测试项目,结果显示经过设计优化,关键部位元器件间空气间隙内部的最大场强远低于理论击穿场强,完全满足设计需求,部分性能指标更是超出了设计预期。 Offshore wind power is an important part of renewable new energy power generation at this stage.Its deep and far sea trend has been widely accepted at home and abroad.In view of the fact that 66 kV voltage level is rarely applied in domestic power grid,a domestic 66 kV switchgear is developed.As an important part and one of the technical difficulties of the gas insulated switchgear,the development process of its special bus bar electrical connection system was mainly expounded,which was divided into four aspects:functional requirements and realization,research and determination of structural form,design of main parts,simulation and optimization of the overall electric field of the system.The performance test items of the trial production samples of the system were carried out.The results show that after design optimization,the maximum field strength in the air gap between components in key parts was far lower than the theoretical breakdown field strength,which fully met the design requirements,and some performance indexes exceeded the design expectations.
