Improved Model and Simulation of Partial Discharge in Void

摘要 为进一步了解局部放电产生机理和放电特性,有必要对局部放电进行有效地仿真。针对已有仿真模型忽略了绝缘介质对放电过程的影响等问题,在了解局部放电实验特性和物理过程的基础上,根据放电电荷在气隙中的衰减规律计算出了不同电压极性情形下的放电延迟时间,通过计算明确了放电起始和熄灭条件,引入了气隙温度和压强对放电特性的影响,提出含有感应电荷附加电容的单气隙绝缘介质局部放电仿真模型。通过MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真得出当电压极性不变时,气隙两端电压波形较之极性变化时具有较小的放电延迟时间,而放电脉冲电流较之极性变化时具有较小的幅值。该模型能很好地符合局部放电理论,能够有效地模拟气隙局部放电。 In order to further understand the mechanism of partial discharge and discharge characteristics, it is necessary to simulate the partial discharge effectively. To solve the problems existing in original simulation models of which the in- fluence of dielectrics on discharge process is neglected, firstly, by understanding experimental characteristics and physical processes of partial discharge, we calculated discharge delay time under the different polarity conditions according to charge attenuation in the air gap.Secondly, the conditions of inception and extinguishment of partial discharges were con- firmed by calculation. Finally, the influences of temperature and pressure in void on the discharge characteristics was introduced, and the simulation model of insulation material with single void was put forward, which contained the addi- tional capacitance that caused by induced charge during partial discharges. The simulation results obtained from MATLAB/SIMULINK show that, when the polarity of the voltage is constant, the air gap at both ends of the voltage of which waveform is a polarity change has a smaller discharge delay time, and the discharge pulse current is in small am- plitude compared with the polarity changes. The model proposed in this paper can conform well to the theory of partial discharge, and simulate partial discharges effectively.
