摘要
针对皮带机系统在运行过程中运量-带速匹配性差、运行经济性低的问题,提出了一种新的皮带机自适应调速控制模式。对该控制系统结构、自动称重方式、运量-带速匹配模式、功率平衡控制原理等进行详细的分析,根据实际应用表明,新的控制系统将输送机的平均运行带速降低了11.7%,运行过程中的耗电量降低了8.6%,具有极大的应用推广价值。
A new belt conveyor adaptive speed control mode is proposed to address the shortcomings of poor capacity-belt speed matching and low operating economy during the operation of the belt conveyor system,and a detailed analysis of the control system structure,automatic weighing method,capacity-belt speed matching mode and power balance control principle is carried out.The new control system reduces the average belt speed of the conveyor by 11.7% and the power consumption during operation by 8.6%,which has great application and promotion value.
