摘要
目的分析以家庭为中心的护理应用在小儿慢性胃炎中的效果及对患儿负性情绪的影响。方法将2018年1月~2019年2月接诊且提供常规护理的60例慢性胃炎患儿作为对照组,将同期接诊且在对照组基础上提供以家庭为中心的护理的60例慢性胃炎患儿作为观察组,对两组的家长健康知识掌握情况、家长满意程度、患儿抑郁焦虑评分、胃肠生活质量评分(GIQLI)、患儿依从程度进行比较。结果(1)观察组家长健康知识掌握情况、家长满意程度均优于对照组(P<0.05);(2)组间患儿抑郁焦虑评分、GIQLI评分在护理前无明显差异(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患儿抑郁评分(21.39±4.26)、焦虑评分(30.57±2.01)、GIQLI评分(20.34±2.56)低于对照组(28.35±4.93)、(38.65±2.63)、(24.73±2.61)(P<0.05);(3)观察组3例不依从(5.00%),对照组11例不依从(18.33%),存在差异(P<0.05)。结论在小儿慢性胃炎护理中采用以家庭为中心的护理,可以提高家长认知及满意程度,改善患儿依从性、生活质量,减轻患儿抑郁、焦虑情绪。
Objective To analyze the effect of family centered nursing in children with chronic gastritis and its influence on negative emotion.Methods 60 children with chronic gastritis who received and provided routine care from January 2018 to February 2019 were taken as the control group,and 60 children with chronic gastritis who received and provided family centered care on the basis of the control group were taken as the observation group.The mastery of parents’health knowledge,parents’satisfaction,children’s depression and anxiety score,gastrointestinal quality of life score(GIQLI)and children’s compliance were compared between the two groups.Results(1)The mastery of health knowledge and satisfaction of parents in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in depression and anxiety score and GIQLI score between the groups before nursing(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of depression(21.39±4.26),anxiety(30.57±2.01)and GIQLI(20.34±2.56)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(28.35±4.93),(38.65±2.63),(24.73±2.61)(P<0.05).(3)There were 3 cases of non-compliance in the observation group(5.00%)and 11 cases of noncompliance in the control group(18.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Family centered nursing in the nursing of children with chronic gastritis can improve parents’cognition and satisfaction,improve children’s compliance and quality of life,and reduce children’s depression and anxiety.
