摘要
目的探索中国60岁及以上老年人抑郁症状现状及其影响因素,为改善老年人抑郁症状的发生提供理论依据。方法采用2018年具有全国代表性的面对面家庭调查-中国健康与养老追踪调查,采用10项流调中心抑郁水平评定量表测量抑郁症状。运用二分类logistic模型进行单因素和多因素的分析。结果我国60岁及以上老年人抑郁症状的发生率为53.02%(95%CI:52.08%-53.95%)。多因素回归结果显示,女性、文化程度较低、经济状况差、独居、吸烟、有残疾、身体痛和慢性病的中老年人发生抑郁症状的风险较高(P<0.001)。结论中国60岁及以上老年人抑郁症状的发生率较高,影响因素分析为老年人抑郁的高危人群指明了方向,为有针对性的干预措施提供科学依据。
Objective To explore the current status and influencing factors of depressive symptoms in the elderly aged 60 and over in China,and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the occurrence of depressive symptoms in the elderly.Methods The 2018 nationally representative face-to-face family survey-China Health and Senior Care Tracking Survey was used,and the Centre for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale 10 item was used to measure depression symptoms.The two-class logistic model is used for single-factor and multi-factor analysis.Results The incidence of depressive symptoms in the elderly aged 60 and above in China was 53.02%(95%CI:52.08%-53.95%).Multivariate regression results showed that middle-aged and elderly people with female,low education level,low economic status,living alone,smoking,disability,physical pain,and chronic diseases had a higher risk of depressive symptoms(P<0.001).Conclusion The incidence of depressive symptoms in elderly people aged 60 and above is relatively high in China.The analysis of influencing factors points out the direction for high-risk groups of depression in the elderly and provides scientific basis for targeted intervention measures.
