摘要
介绍了一款适用于推土机履带安装的全向遥控小车,及基于该小车的一种履带装配工艺方法。全向遥控小车融入了AGV技术、全向叉车技术,使该车可以实现履带转运、履带摊铺及履带挂装多重功能,该小车的研发应用解决了现有履带装配的多项技术难题,实现了履带装配的安全化、简易化、快捷化、少人化。
The paper introduces a new Omnidirectional remote control vehicle suitable for the installation of bulldozer crawlers,and a crawler track assembly method.AGV technology and omnidirectional forklift technology are used in the Omni-directional remote control vehicle to enable multiple functions such as crawler track transfer,paving and mounting.The development and application of the Omnidirectional remote control vehicle solve many technical problems of crawler track assembly and make the crawler track assembly process safe,simple,fast and less dependent on human workers.
