摘要
高校图书馆对外代表着一所大学的外在形象,对内则代表着高等院校的内涵和底蕴,是一所大学内在和外在文化的双重表现。随着社会的高速发展,广大师生读者的文化需求日益增加,高校图书馆规模和馆藏的扩充势在必行,但与之相配备的图书馆工作人员存在缺员现状,招募志愿者们加入图书馆,作为图书馆服务工作的重要补充。笔者结合志愿者参与咸阳师范学院图书馆服务工作中的实际经验,对高校志愿者参与图书馆工作进行探究,辅助高校图书馆更好地为师生读者服务。
The university library not only represents the external image of a university,but also represents internally connotation and implication of colleges and universities,the university library is the olual expression of the internal and external culture of a university.With the rapid development of the society,the cultural needs of teachers,students and readers are increasing,and it is imperative to expand the scale and collection of university libraries.However,the shortage of library staff requires the recruitment of volunteers to join the library,which is an important supplement to library service.Based on the practical experience of volunteers participating in the library service work of Xianyang Normal University,the author probes into the university volunteers participating in the library work and assists the university library to serve teachers,students and readers better.
