摘要
阐述了高校图书馆引入大学生志愿者服务的作用和意义,针对大学生志愿者服务工作中存在的问题,提出了加强高校图书馆志愿者服务工作的对策。
This paper illustrates the functions and significance of introducing the service of student volunteers in university library,and in the light of some problems existing in the service of student volunteers,puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the service of student volunteers in university library.
