摘要
目的 研究蒲公英联合西地碘含片对复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的临床效果。方法 选取满足条件的ROU患者86例,分为试验组43例及对照组43例。试验组采用中草药蒲公英联合西地碘含片用药,对照组采用西地碘含片用药。用药阶段持续14 d,比较性观察用药前后2组的中医症状、疼痛程度、T淋巴细胞亚群水平,以及复发概率和不良反应发生情况。结果 用药后,2组的中医证候评价各项评分与视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均呈下降趋势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组临床总有效率为90.70%,明显优于对照组的为65.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组6、12个月后的复发率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组外周血中T细胞亚群中CD3^(+)占比、CD4^(+)占比、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均显著增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组和对照组全过程无不良反应。结论 蒲公英联合西地碘含片临床疗效更佳,能进一步弱化症状,舒缓患者疼痛感觉,提升机体免疫力,减少复发。
Objective To study the clinical effect of dandelion combined with cydiodine buccal tablets on recurrent oral ulcer(ROU).Methods A total of 86 ROU patients who met the conditions were selected and divided into 43 cases in the experimental group and 43 cases in the control group.The experimental group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine dandelion combined with cydiodine buccal tablets,and the control group was treated with cydiodine buccal tablets.The medication phase lasted for 14 days,and the TCM symptoms,pain degree,T lymphocyte subset levels,recurrence probability and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups before and after the medication.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome evaluation and visual analogue scale(VAS) scores in both groups showed a downward trend,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 90.70%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(65.12%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rates after six and twelve months in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the proportion of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) in peripheral blood T cell subsets in the experimental group were significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the experimental group and the control group during the whole process.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of dandelion combined with cydiodine buccal tablets is better,which can further weaken the symptoms,relieve the patient’s pain,enhance the body’s immunity,and reduce recurrence.
