摘要
乡村文化建设既是乡村振兴战略的重要内容,又是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的内在要求。当前我国乡村文化建设工作收效甚微的一个重要因素就是乡村法治建设滞后。必须从加快完善乡村文化立法、提高建设主体法律意识、完善乡村公共文化法律服务体系等方面着手强化我国乡村文化建设的法治保障,才能改善乡村文化建设落后的现状。
Rural cultural construction is not only an important part of the rural revitalization strategy,but also an inherent requirement of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.At present,the lag of the construction of rural rule of law is an important factor of hindering the construction of rural culture.In order to change the situation,legal guarantee of rural cultural construction should be strengthen from the aspects of speeding up the rural cultural legislation,improving the legal subjects consciousness and perfecting the legal service system of rural public culture.
