摘要
目的了解心理资本视域下实习护生患者安全胜任力的现状,分析其影响因素,为提高实习护生患者安全胜任力提供参考。方法采用护士患者安全胜任力量表和心理资本量表对珠海市3家教学医院282名实习护生进行问卷调查。结果本科护生患者安全胜任力总分为(134.63±17.64)分,心理资本总分为(94.36±12.90)分;实习护生的患者安全胜任力与心理资本呈正相关(r=0.722,P<0.01);回归分析显示实习科室数量、在校成绩、自我效能和韧性4个因素进入实习护生患者安全胜任力的回归方程(R^(2)=0.594,P<0.01)。结论实习护生的患者安全胜任力有待进一步提升,护理教育和管理者应重视开发和培养实习护生的心理资本,提升实习护生的患者安全胜任力。
Objective To understand the current situation of patient safety competency of internship nursing students from the perspective of psychological capital and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for improving patient safety competence of nursing students.Methods Using the patient safety competence scale and psychological capital scale questionnaire,282 nursing students in internship in 3 hospitals of Zhuhai were investigated.Results The total score of patient safety competence was(134.63±17.64),and the total score of psychological capital was(94.36±12.90).The patient safety competence was positively correlated with psychological capital(r=0.722,P<0.01).The patient safety competence was related to the number of internship departments,academic performance at school,self-efficacy and resilience(R^(2)=0.594,P<0.01).Conclusion The patient safety competence of nursing students in internship needs to be further improved.Nursing educators and managers should pay attention to developing and cultivating the psychological capital of nursing students,and improve the patient safety competence of nursing students.
