斜拉桥边跨长节段钢箱梁整体吊装合龙关键技术 被引量:11

摘要 珠机城际金海大桥主桥为公铁同层斜拉桥,桥跨布置为(58.5+116+3×340+116+58.5)m。主梁为挑臂式钢箱梁,梁宽49.6 m、高4.676 m。边跨钢箱梁采用“工厂整体制造,船运至墩位,现场整体吊装合龙就位”的总体方案施工,每侧边跨由3片各长80.25,72,46 m,分别重2600,2388,2000 t的长节段钢箱梁组成。3个长节段钢箱梁在工厂焊接完成后分别由船舶整体运送至桥位,46 m梁段和80.25 m梁段采用3600 t浮吊整体吊装至墩顶,利用墩顶三向千斤顶对钢箱梁位置进行精确调整,支座安装就位后进行支座灌浆。72 m梁段为边跨合龙段,一端支承于边塔墩墩旁托架,另一端通过顶升式托架系统支承于80.25 m梁段顶,吊装时首先合龙46 m梁段与72 m梁段,边塔墩墩旁托架卸载;然后合龙80.25 m梁段与72 m梁段,边墩支座安装就位。所有合龙口的位移、高程及转角调整均由三向调节装置完成,最终实现无应力状态下边跨长节段钢箱梁整体吊装合龙。 The main bridge of Jinhai Bridge of Zhuhai-Zhuhai Airport Intercity Railway is a cable-stayed bridge accommodating roadway and railway on the same level of deck.The bridge has three main spans of 340 m,two side spans of 116 m and two end spans of 58.5 m.The superstructure consists of steel box girders flanged with cantilevers,where the deck width reaches 49.6 m,and the steel box girders measure 4.676 m deep.The steel box girders in the side spans were prefabricated in the factory,shipped to the pier sites,and then integrally hoisted and installed into position.The side spans of each shore contain three long steel box girder segments that measure 80.25,72 and 46 m long and weigh 2600,2388,and 2000 t,respectively.Once taking form by welding in the factory,the entire long steel box girder segments were shipped to the bridge site,afterwards,the 46 m-long and 80.25 m-long segments were hoisted and lowered onto the top of the piers using a floating crane of 3600 t capacity,and accurately adjusted by the three-directional jacks mounted on the pier top to be in their design position.Once the bearings were installed into position,grout was poured to fill the gaps.The 72 m-long segment was the key segment of the side span,one end of which was supported on the brackets fixed to the pier beneath the side pylon,and the other end mounted on the top of the 80.25 m-long segment via brackets of jacking type.The 46 m-long and 72 m-long segments were first connected,and then the brackets fixed to the pier beneath the side pylon was deloaded.The 80.25 m-long and 72 m-long segments were sequentially connected,and the bearings on top of the side piers were installed.Three-directional adjusting devices were employed to adjust the displacement,elevation and angle at the connection gaps.The goal of integral hoisting and connection of the long steel box girder segments in side spans under the stress free state was achieved.
