平潭海峡公铁大桥大小练岛水道桥钢桁梁施工关键技术 被引量:13

摘要 平潭海峡公铁大桥大小练岛水道桥为主跨336 m的双塔双索面连续钢桁梁斜拉桥,其主梁为带副桁的板桁结合钢桁梁,采用倒梯形截面。主桁采用N形桁架,桁高13.5 m,主桁中心间距15 m。钢桁梁采用整节段全焊设计,2个节间为1个标准节段。该桥钢桁梁采用全工厂化整节段全焊制造、现场整节段架设方案施工。钢桁梁采用连续匹配方式进行工厂化整节段全焊接制造,首先进行杆件制造,然后进行桁片连续卧拼及桥面板块制造,最后进行节段连续匹配总拼,节段拼装与节段间试拼同时进行。钢桁梁中跨合龙采用整体节段全断面多点合龙技术施工,将合龙段作为1个整体桁段,利用架梁吊机整体提升合龙段,在合龙对位后进行精调,实现海上大型钢桁梁中跨快速、精确合龙。 The Dalian Islet-Xiaolian Islet Waterway Bridge of the Pingtan Straits Rail-cum-Road Bridge is a continuous steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 336 m.The bridge has two pylons and stay cables are fanned out in double cable planes.The main girder adopts the plate-truss composite steel truss girder with secondary trusses,creating an inverted trapezoidal cross section.The main trusses are the N-shaped trusses with a depth of 13.5 m and center-to-center spacing of 15 m.A typical steel truss girder section consists of two panels which are fully welded to form an integral section.The steel truss girder is divided into a number of integral sections that are monolithically manufactured and fully welded to take shape in the factory,and delivered to the bridge site for erection.During the manufacture of the all-welded integral sections of the steel truss girder in the factory,the method of continuous matching is used.First,the members of the girder sections are manufactured,then,the truss blocks are continuously assembled in the lying position and the bridge deck plates are manufactured.The last step is to continuously match and assemble the individual components to form a whole girder section.The assembly of an individual section and the trial assembly of adjacent sections are carried out in parallel.The central span of the steel truss girder is closed by the full-section multi-point lifting technique.The closure section is taken as an integral truss section,which is monolithically lifted by the girder erection crane.After being lifted and lowered into position,the closure section is accurately adjusted to realize the fast and accurate closure of the central span of the long-span steel truss girder over sea.
