摘要
适应新农科建设的时代需求,为地方培养高层次人才是地方农林高校研究生教育发展的内在需要。新农科建设对地方农林高校研究生教育提出了诸多新的挑战:教育理念要从“授人以鱼”向“授人以渔”转变、学科设置要向综合的交叉学科发展、课程体系要更加注重实践内容、教学手段要更加立足于生产一线、培养模式要更加突出学术学位和专业学位研究生培养目标的差异化、导学关系需要在实践互动中升华。研究以江西农业大学研究生教育改革为例,进一步探索了地方农林高校研究生教育应对新挑战的改革策略:转变研究生培养理念,优化研究生学科专业布局,优化研究生课程新体系,革新研究生教学手段,改革研究生培养模式,树立研究生导学新型关系。
It is the inherent need for the development of graduate education in local agriculture and forestry universities to meet the requirements of the era of new agricultural science construction and cultivate high-level talents for local areas. The construction of “new agricultural science” poses many new challenges to the graduate education of local agricultural and forestry universities: the educational concept should change from “give a man a fish” to “teach a man to fish”,the discipline setting should develop to a comprehensive interdisciplinary subject one, the curriculum system should pay more attention to practical content, the teaching means should be based more on the front line of production, the training mode should highlight the differences of the training objectives of graduate students with academic degrees between professional degrees, the relationship between guidance and learning needs to be sublimated in practical interaction. Taking the graduate education reform of Jiangxi Agricultural University as an example, this paper further explores the reform strategies of graduate education in local agricultural and forestry universities to meet the new challenges: changing the concept of graduate education, optimizing the layout of graduate disciplines, and majors, optimize the new system of graduate courses, innovate graduate teaching means, reform graduate training mode, and improve the new relationship between graduate guidance and learning.
