摘要
针对在干、湿两种冻融循环条件下,含气量不同的混凝土会在强度与质量损失中表现出差异性的问题,实验在混凝土中添加不同掺量的引气剂,来实现对其含气量的有效调节。结果显示,在相应冻融循环条件下添加浓度为0.022%的引气剂,可获取到混凝土含气量的最优值3.9%,此时混凝土的耐久性与抗冻性最高。为了提高混凝土的耐久性,保证工程质量,对试验数据进行整理,作为实际工程中可行、可靠的条件。
In order to solve the problem that the concrete with different air content will have different performance in strength and mass loss under dry and wet freeze-thaw cycles,this experiment adds different amount of air entraining agent to the concrete to realize the effective adjustment of its air content.The results show that the optimal air content of concrete is 3.9% when 0.022% air entraining agent is added under the corresponding freeze-thaw cycle conditions,and the durability and frost resistance of concrete are the highest.In order to improve the durability of concrete and guarantee the quality of project,the test data are organised for the applicable and reliable condition in real projects.
