摘要
生态环境监测工作能够实时掌握生态的动态变化,是支撑相关决策的基础,受到国家相关部门的高度重视。生态环境监测机构作为生态文明建设的主要承担者之一,在"十四五"期间其目标逐渐转变为生态保护,成为一个展现全国生态保护计划落实动态的"新窗口"。本文系统阐述了新形势下生态环境监测质量管理的价值,分析当前存在的问题,并提出相关对策以供参考。
Ecological environment monitoring can grasp the dynamic changes of ecology in real time,which is the basis for supporting relevant decisions,and is highly valued by national departments.As one of the main undertakers of ecological civilization construction,ecological environment monitoring institutions gradually changed their goals into ecological protection during the"fourteenth Five-year Plan",which was called a"new window**to show the implementation of the national ecological protection plan.This paper systematically expounds the value of quality management of ecological environment monitoring under the new situation,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward relevant countermeasures for Tefference.
