聚能战斗部动态侵彻毁伤效应数值模拟

摘要 针对聚能战斗部拦截空中来袭导弹问题,采用数值仿真和试验相结合的方法,研究了聚能战斗部结构参数对射流动态侵彻威力的影响。结果表明:与静破甲相比,动态条件下聚能射流的最佳炸高大幅降低,约为1倍装药直径;采用正交优化方法对聚能战斗部动态侵彻进行了数值仿真,获得了不同弹目交会条件下聚能射流侵爆装药动态极限侵彻深度,并和试验结果进行对比,证明了数值模拟的正确性,研究结果可为反导武器设计提供参考。 Aiming at the problem of shaped charge warhead intercepting air-missile,the influence of shaped charge warhead structural parameters on the shaped charge jet dynamic penetration power was studied by means of numerical simulation and experimental verification.The results show that the optimum stand-off of shaped charge jet under dynamic conditions is greatly reduced by about one time of shaped charge diameter compared with static armor breaking;The orthogonal optimization method was used to simulate the dynamic penetration of shaped charge warhead,and the dynamic limit penetration depth of the shaped charge jet under different conditions of missile target intersection was obtained.Compared with the experimental results,the correctness of the numerical simulation was verified.The research results can provide some data support for the design of anti-missile weapon.
