摘要 根据杀伤破片击穿和引爆靶弹的毁伤机理,构建了破片和靶弹的实体模型和材料模型,并运用基于有限元的非线性动力分析程序ANSYS/DYNA对破片高速侵彻并引爆靶弹的过程进行了数值仿真,分析了冲击起爆机理及破片形状、尺寸和壳体厚度对炸药起爆特性的影响规律,仿真结果能够对破片战斗部破片杀伤元素的设计,以及深入研究破片的杀伤机理有着重要的指导意义。 Entity and material models of damaging fragment and cartridge target were built by analyzing the mechanism of damaging fragment penetration and detonating cartridge target.Explicit dynamic analyzing program ANSYS/DYNA was adopted based on finite element to simulate the process of the damaging fragment penetration and detonating cartridge target.The mechanism of damaging fragment penetration and detonating and effecting factors for example fragment shape,fragment dimension and thickness of cartridge shell,etc were analyzed.The numerical simulation results have important meaning for the devising of damaging fragment and the more researching of fragment damaging mechanism.
