摘要 经典层次分析法(AHP)与幂指数法常用于武器装备效能或能力评估,经典AHP采用线性加权模型,对非线性体系易产生决策性错误;经典幂指数法中指数即为指标权重、且指标权重值为0~1,对于实际指数大于1的串联体系会产生较大误差。为解决以上问题,建立二阶AHP加权模型以及改进幂指数模型,并充分利用2种模型的优势,构建武器装备系统效能评估的非线性模型。该非线性模型可用于串联、并联和混联体系的效能评估,对线性体系可退化为经典模型。算例验证了该方法的可行性与准确性。 The classical AHP and power index method are often used to evaluate the effectiveness or capability of weapons and equipment.The linear weighted model was adopted in the classical AHP,which is easy to produce decision errors for nonlinear systems.In the classical power index method,the power index is the weight of evaluation index,and the weight value is between 0 and 1,which will produce a large error for the series system with the actual index greater than 1.In order to solve the above problem,the second-order AHP weighted model and the improved power exponential method were given,and the advantages of the two models were fully utilized to construct the nonlinear model of effectiveness evaluation for weapon equipment system.The model can be used to evaluate the effectiveness of series,parallel and hybrid systems,and can be reduced to classical model for linear systems.The feasibility and accuracy of the proposed method are demonstrated by examples.
