摘要
学科集群化发展是学科交叉的必然趋势,是高等教育高质量发展的核心内涵,是实现“创新驱动”发展的必由之路。工业社会以来,学科对知识分门别类的制度安排形成了条块鲜明的学科疆界,致使高校在学科集群化发展之中面临知识本体、知识应用和知识主体三个维度的学科冲突,导致学科集群面临同质化、制度化和主观化危机。为平衡和解决学科集群的冲突样态,需要直面冲突的负向功能,分析冲突的正向价值,聚焦学科集群的交叉冲突、共有冲突和外部冲突,分析学科集群持续、整合、创新的理论可能。继而进一步探索高校学科集群建设的合作策略,以开放性结构包容学科集群多样冲突,以一致性原则替代学科集群现实性冲突,以跨学科品性校正学术主体领地意识。最终,在直面冲突、分析冲突、利用冲突、解决冲突的过程中,实现知识集成和学科集群。
Disciplinary clusters are the core connotation of high-quality development of higher education and the only way to achieve“innovation-driven”development.Since the industrial society,the institutional arrangement of disciplines to classify knowledge has formed a distinct disciplinary boundary,which has also led to the three dimensions of knowledge ontology,knowledge application and knowledge discipline conflict in the development of discipline clustering in colleges and universities,facing the crisis of homogenization,institutionalization and subjectivization.In order to balance and resolve the conflict pattern of disciplinary clusters,it is necessary to face the negative function of conflict,analyze the positive value of conflict,focus on the cross-conflict,shared conflict and external conflict of disciplinary clusters,and analyze the theoretical possibility of continuation,integration and innovation of disciplinary clusters.Then,further explore the cooperation strategies for the construction of disciplinary clusters in colleges and universities,adopt an open structure to accommodate the diverse conflicts of disciplinary clusters,replace the actual conflicts of disciplinary clusters with the principle of consistency,and correct the territorial awareness of academic disciplines with interdisciplinary character.Finally,in the process of facing conflict,analyzing conflict,utilizing conflict,and resolving conflict,realize knowledge integration and discipline clustering.
