摘要
影响母国对外投资的因素较多,其中不同东道国政治风险对母国对外投资存在不同的影响效果。当前国际政治经济形势动荡,厘清“一带一路”国家政治风险对我国对外投资的影响,对于保证我国企业的稳定性与生产过程的延续性具有重要指导意义。本研究以实证方法研究了“一带一路”国家政治风险因素对我国对外投资的影响,研究表明,政治风险中的外部冲突、法律秩序因素对我国对外投资的影响显著;在不同的BIT指标影响下,我国对外投资与双边协议的关系不显著,其主要是受到我国双边协议质量低以及对外保护程度不足的影响。
There are many factors affecting the overseas investment of the home country,among which the political factors of different host countries have different effects on the impact of the home country’s foreign investment.At present,the international political and economic situation is turbulent,and clarifying the impact of political factors of the “Belt and Road” countries on Chinese foreign investment for ensuring the stability of Chinese enterprises and the continuity of the production process has the important implications.This paper studies the impact of political risk factors on Chinese foreign investment under the background of the “Belt and Road” from an empirical point of view,and the study shows that the external conflicts and legal order factors in political risks have a significant relationship with the impact of Chinese foreign investment;under the influence of different BIT indicators,the relationship between Chinese foreign investment and bilateral agreements is not significant,which is mainly affected by the low quality of Chinese bilateral agreements and the lack of foreign protection.
