摘要
腰椎间盘突出(LDH)是临床常见的疾病,目前治疗方法可分为手术和物理保守治疗两种。随着腰椎间盘突出后重吸收现象被临床的发现,为椎间盘突出症的诊断以及治疗开拓了一个新的方向;在没有明确手术指征的情况下,不应低估保守治疗方式,文章通过论述影响腰椎间盘突出后重吸收的相关因素、相关机制以及中医药等治疗方法,为保守治疗提供合理有效的证据,不断发挥中医药独特的治疗优势,并进一步探讨保守治疗的合理性以及目前有待解决的问题。
Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a common clinical disease.At present,the treatment methods can be divided into surgery and physical conservative treatment.With the clinical discovery of reabsorption after lumbar disc herniation,a new direction has been opened up for the diagnosis and treatment of lumbar disc herniation;In the absence of clear surgical indications,conservative treatment should not be underestimated.This paper discusses the relevant factors,mechanisms and treatment methods of traditional Chinese medicine that affect the reabsorption of lumbar disc herniation,provides reasonable and effective evidence for conservative treatment,constantly gives full play to the unique treatment advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,and further discusses the rationality of conservative treatment and the problems to be solved at present.
