摘要
目的探讨昂丹司琼联合阿瑞匹坦胶囊及地塞米松治疗化疗致呕吐的效果。方法选择医院2020年3月~2021年3月诊治的乳腺癌化疗呕吐患者100例,采用简单随机化法将所有患者分成对照组(n=50)和联合组(n=50)。对照组患者使用昂丹司琼治疗,联合组患者使用昂丹司琼联合阿瑞匹坦胶囊及地塞米松治疗。比较两组患者止吐疗效、恶心呕吐分级及不良反应。结果联合组患者止吐总有效率76%高于对照组48%(χ^(2)=9.556,P<0.05)。两组患者经秩和检验发现,差异有统计学意义(Z=3.619,P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.391,P>0.05)。结论昂丹司琼联合阿瑞匹坦胶囊及地塞米松治疗化疗致呕吐患者可在不增加治疗不良反应基础上改善恶心呕吐程度,提升临床疗效。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of ondansetron combined with aprepitant capsule and dexamethasone in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting.Methods One hundred breast cancer patients with chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were enrolled,and randomly classified into two groups by random number table methods,each with 50 cases.The control group received ondansetron treatment,while the combined group received ondansetron combined with aprepitant capsule and dexamethasone.Then the comparison was con-ducted on the antiemetic efficacy,grade of nausea and vomiting and adverse reactions.Results Compared with 48% in the control group,the observation group achieved better antiemetic efficacy,being 76%,with statistical difference(χ^(2)=9.556,P<0.05).Rank sum test denoted statistical difference between groups in terms of the grade classification(Z=3.619,P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate implied no statistical difference between groups(χ^(2)=0.391,P>0.05).Conclusion Application of ondansetron combined with aprepitant capsule and dexamethasone in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting can effectively ameliorate grade of nausea and vomiting without causing extra adverse reactions.
