摘要
目的分析琥珀酸亚铁防治妊娠缺铁性贫血的临床效果。方法60例妊娠缺铁性贫血患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者采取硫酸亚铁片进行治疗,观察组患者采取琥珀酸亚铁治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后血清铁蛋白(SF)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞(RBC)水平。结果观察组总有效率93.33%高于对照组的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率均为6.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组RBC、Hb、SF水平均高于治疗前,且观察组RBC(3.86±0.70)×10^(12)/L、Hb(113.60±10.50)g/L、SF(53.70±15.50)μg/L高于对照组的(3.30±0.50)×10^(12)/L、(105.50±10.20)g/L、(40.15±13.50)μg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论琥珀酸亚铁防治妊娠缺铁性贫血效果显著、安全性高,可促进RBC、Hb、SF水平改善。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of ferrous succinate on prevention and treatment of iron-deficiency anemia in pregnancy.Methods A total of 60 pregnant patients with iron-deficiency anemia were divided into control group and observation group by random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with ferrous sulfate tablets,and patients in the observation group were treated with ferrous succinate.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and serum ferritin(SF),hemoglobin(Hb)and red blood cell(RBC)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 93.33%of the observation group was higher than 66.67%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in both group was 6.67%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of RBC,Hb and SF in both groups were higher than those before treatment in this group;the RBC(3.86±0.70)×10^(12)/L,Hb(113.60±10.50)g/L,SF(53.70±15.50)μg/L in the observation group were higher than(3.30±0.50)×10^(12)/L,(105.50±10.20)g/L,(40.15±13.50)μg/L in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ferrous succinate is effective in preventing and treating iron-deficiency anemia in pregnancy with high safety,which can promote the improvement of RBC,Hb and SF levels.
