摘要
以日照绿茶为原料,利用超声波辅助提取茶叶中的茶单宁,并通过邻二氮菲分光光度法绘制铁(Ⅱ)离子的吸光度标准曲线。通过测试吸光度来考察茶单宁对力玖硫酸亚铁片中铁(Ⅱ)离子含量的影响。结果表明,茶单宁对铁(Ⅱ)离子的消耗率可达65.70%。该实验首次将茶叶对含铁(Ⅱ)类药物疗效的影响进行量化,强化了学生基础实验操作,提高了学生综合运用理论知识的能力,同时能够激发学生对化学的学习兴趣,培养学生的实践能力。
Tannic acid was obtained by ultrasonic-assisted method using Rizhao green tea as starting material. The standard curve was drawn through the determination of iron(Ⅱ) with 1,10-phenanthroline. The depletion of iron(Ⅱ) in ferrous sulfate tablets from Shanxi Lijiu Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. by tannic acid was evaluated by measuring the absorbance value. The results showed that the consumption rate reached to 65.70 %. This comprehensive experiment firstly quantifies the impact of tea on the efficacy of drugs containing iron(Ⅱ), could strengthen students’ basic experiment operation and improve the students’ ability to integrate theoretical knowledge. Also, it is beneficial to arouse students’ interest in learning chemistry and cultivate students’ practical ability.
