摘要
目的探讨基于细节化理念的健康教育在肝脏磁共振成像(MRI)检查患者中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2020年6月—2021年9月在郑州大学第一附属医院接受肝脏MRI检查的患者为研究对象,将2020年6—12月纳入的患者设为对照组(n=154),予以常规健康教育;2021年1—9月纳入的患者设为观察组(n=154),予以基于细节化理念的健康教育。比较两组患者检查期间的负性情绪。结果健康教育后,观察组患者焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于细节化理念的健康教育能够改善行肝脏MRI检查患者的负性情绪。
Objective To explore the effect of health education based on the concept of detail in liver magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)patients.Methods From June 2020 to September 2021,patients who underwent liver MRI examination in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected by convenience sampling as the research subject.The patients enrolled from June to December 2020 were set as the control group(n=154),and received routine health education.The patients enrolled from January to September 2021 were set as the observation group(n=154),and received health education based on the concept of detail.The negative emotions during the examination were compared between the two groups of patients.Results After health education,the scores of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale and the Self-rating Depression Scale of observation group were lower than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Health education based on the concept of detail can improve the negative emotions of patients undergoing liver MRI examination.
