摘要
目的探讨医护一体化快速康复护理在慢性化脓性中耳炎患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法2016年1～12月选取该院收治的行手术治疗的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者84例，随机分为观察组及对照组，各42例。对照组患者实施常规性护理干预，观察组患者应用医护一体化快速康复护理。随访6个月，比较两组患者预后情况、自护能力及干预前后生活质量情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率、疾病知识知晓率及治疗满意率均高于对照组患者，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈O．05），而并发症发生率及复发率均低于对照组患者，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈O．05）。观察组患者干预后自护技能、自我概念、健康知识水平、自我责任感及自护能力总评分均高于对照组患者（均P〈O．05）。观察组患者干预后躯体功能、物质生活、社会功能、心理功能及生活质量总评分均高于对照组患者（均P〈O．05）。结论医护一体化快速康复护理能有效提高慢性化脓性中耳炎患者自护能力，提高患者的疾病知识，降低患者术后并发症，改善患者的预后，从而提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of integrated nursing care in the perioperative period of chronic suppurative otitis media. Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media treated in the department of otolaryngology in this hospital from January to December 2016 were selected. The patients were divided into observa- tion group and control group according to the random number table method, 42 cases of each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received integrated nursing care. The patients were fol- lowed up for 6 months. The prognosis, self-care ability and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The total therapeutic efficiency, disease knowledge and treatment satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0. 05 ）. The complication rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The total scores of self-care skills, self-concept, health knowledge, self-responsibility and self-care ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （P〈0. 05 ）. The total scores of somatic function, material life, social function, psychological function and quality of life of the patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The integrated rapid rehabilitation of medical care can effectively improve the self-care ability of patients with chronic suppu- rative otitis media, improve the disease knowledge of patients, reduce postoperative complications, improve the prog- nosis of oatients, and thereby imorove the aualitv of life of natients.
